Getting lunaMacro
How do I get lunaMacro?
How do I update it?
You don't need to. lunaMacro checks for a new version each time it opens, and updates itself and reopens when there is one. The update log lists what's changed.
Does it cost anything?
During prerelease, keys are given out in the Discord for testing. Paid licenses are planned; the license page will have them when they're ready.
Where do I find my key?
Log in with Discord on the Account page. Every key you've been given is there, with when it runs out. An active key also unlocks the members-only channels in the Discord.
Can I use my key on more than one PC?
A key works on the PC it was first activated on, in any Windows account on it. If you get a new PC, ask in the Discord.
What does "prerelease" mean?
lunaMacro is still being tested and improved. Expect the odd bug, and please report anything strange in the Discord, ideally with your log file from the Logs folder.
Using it
What do I need to run it?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC and Anime Adventures. lunaMacro docks the game beside itself at the size it needs.
Can I use my PC while it runs?
Yes, with Remote Desktop. lunaMacro plays with the mouse and keyboard, so on your normal desktop it needs the screen to itself. Run it in a second Windows desktop instead, in a Remote Desktop window on your own PC, and you can keep using your PC while it plays.

Do I need a config for every map?
For the best results, yes: each map plays with its own placements. You can also turn on Use one config on every map, or Anti leech so maps without a config still get your team placed. See the Summer Event guide.
Can I share my configs?
Yes. Press Copy code on a config or a whole pack, and send the code. Your friend presses Paste to bring it in.
Will it run all night?
That's what it's built for. It joins, plays, posts the result and queues again, reconnecting by itself if the game disconnects. Set up a Discord webhook to follow along from your phone.
Fixing problems
It isn't placing my units where I put them.
Make sure Line up the camera each run is on, and that you saved your spot for that config, so you stand in the same place every match.
If a spot is taken or blocked, it moves the unit to the nearest free spot. Use Move units on the Build page to set new spots quickly.
It says it couldn't open a unit's panel.
Check the unit's name in Build > Team matches how the game writes it at the top of the unit's panel. Leave the name empty if you'd rather it didn't check.
It played the wrong config, or sat a match out.
It picks the config whose Stage matches the map. Check the map is set in that config's Run options, and that the config is in the pack you started the run from. The signal log says which map it saw.
Something isn't being detected.
Run the detection test from Settings > Help, or with F4, once in a stage and once on the end screen. Then share the signal log and your log file in the Discord.
