Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of lunaMacro, the software and its license keys, and this website. lunaMacro is run by the lunaMacro team ("we", "us"). By activating a key or using lunaMacro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What lunaMacro is

lunaMacro is a Windows program that automates play in the game Anime Adventures by reading the screen and pressing keys and clicking for you. It is an unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the developers or publishers of Anime Adventures. All game names and content belong to their owners.

2. Your license

A lunaMacro key gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use lunaMacro on the PC where the key was first activated, for as long as the key is valid. You may not:

• share, sell, rent or give away your key, or let others use it;
• copy, redistribute or resell lunaMacro, or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack or modify lunaMacro, or get around its license checks;
• use lunaMacro to harm, harass or cheat other players.

Configs you make are yours to share. lunaMacro itself is not.

3. Keys

During prerelease, keys are given out by us in our Discord server, at our discretion. A key may stop working when it expires, and we may revoke any key, without refund, if these terms are broken. If you change PCs, contact us in the Discord.

4. Use at your own risk

Automating a game may go against that game's rules or terms. It is your responsibility to know the rules of any game you use lunaMacro with and to decide whether to use it. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account, including warnings, resets, suspensions or bans, or for any loss of in-game items, currency or progress.

5. Prerelease and no warranty

lunaMacro is in prerelease and still being tested. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will work without errors, keep working after game updates, or suit any particular purpose. Features may change or be removed at any time.

6. Purchases and refunds

Licenses are sold through SellAuth, which takes the payment. When you buy:

• the price and what the license includes are shown before you pay;
• a monthly license lasts 30 days from when it's paid for, and doesn't renew by itself;
• refunds are not given once a key has been activated;
• a refund for a key that hasn't been activated is at our discretion. Ask in the Discord.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live that can't be excluded.

7. Your data

We keep what lunaMacro collects to what it needs to run:

• License checks. When you activate or open lunaMacro, it contacts our license provider, KeyAuth, to check your key. This sends your key, an identifier for your Windows installation (used to tie the key to your PC), your Windows user name in an activation log entry, and details of the lunaMacro version. Like any web request, it also reveals your IP address.
• Your account on this site. Logging in with Discord gives us your Discord user ID, name, avatar and email address, which we keep with the keys you own and when they run out. We use the email only to match your purchases to your account. Logging in also adds you to our Discord server, and an active key gives you a role there. We never see your Discord password or messages.
• Purchases. SellAuth handles payments; we never see your card or payment details. For each order, SellAuth tells us the email used at checkout and what was bought, so we can give you your key.
• On your PC. Your settings, configs, stats and log files stay on your PC. We don't receive them unless you send them to us, for example when asking for help.
• Discord. If you set up a webhook, results and screenshots are sent to the Discord channel you choose, not to us. Discord status is shown through the Discord app on your PC.

We don't sell your data. This website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. Our web server keeps standard access logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, game accounts, in-game items or progress, arising from your use of lunaMacro or this website. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license, if anything.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using lunaMacro at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including revoking your key, if you break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and post about it in the Discord. Using lunaMacro after a change means you accept the new terms.
